In 2019, the Indigo production line from Israel was introduced, using DuPont®Tyvek material imported from the United States, electronic ink digital printing technology and self-developed single-side cutting die-cutting technology. Special-shaped bib number, as the name suggests, is different from the regular right-angle and round-corner one. It is a special number cloth product with highly customized shape and personality, which is suitable for all kinds of competitions and activities.   

First of all, in terms of material, DuPont®Tyvek is a kind of high-density polyethylene made by flash evaporation technology, which combines the material characteristics of paper, film and fabrics, and has many advantages. Its printing precision is as high as 1200dpi, with an average printing speed of 2.5 s / m.  

The key point of die-cutting process is to make the design graphics of special-shaped number cloth into die-cutting blade, and then cut. The most critical technical problem is Tyvek material is hard to cut, and the irregular figure of the special-shaped number cloth make it harder. After extensive research, we end up with one-side cutting method. This cutting method can perfectly retain the high quality design, and the cutting is accurate. Feibot can control the cutting error within 3 mm, with a minimum of 0.3 mm.
